A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
I'm Lauren! I was born and raised in Cleveland and was a student-athlete through college. After graduating with a BA in History and Business/Economics, I spent 10 years in New York City working in sales and marketing for large corporations. I always knew I wanted to move back to Cleveland to be able to have a yard and a dog! So in 2017, in order to be closer to family, I did just that. I have 2 wheaten terriers and a fenced in yard for them to run and play.
While working full time for a sports marketing agency, I would dog sit on the side for friends and family. Due to the high demand in the area, I quickly gained a loyal client base through referrals and recommendations. I quickly realized my true passion is caring for pets. What started as a hobby has become Whiskers & Wags CLE, a small team dedicated to providing top-notch pet care services and building lasting relationships with our clients (and their humans!).
Personalized care customized to each client's specific needs, makes for very happy pets!

HAPPY PETS, HAPPY CLIENTS
Berlin
German Shepard
Lauren has been taking care of our very sweet, very mischievous pup for a few years and has been a life changer as we travel quite often. We don't want to kennel Berlin, so having Lauren come throughout the day to exercise and give our girl lots of love has been a blessing. She goes above and beyond our expectations always bringing in our mail and packages which is amazing. We often give short notice and she always helps us out. We truly appreciate everything she does for us and highly recommend her services!
Addie & Wesley
Bernese Mountain Dogs
When my dogs and cat are in the care of Lauren, I do not worry about them at all! She is always on time and goes above and beyond every visit. My Bernese Mountain dogs are not low maintenance and she loves them and handles all their shortcomings with a sense of humor. I'm so thankful I found someone who I can depend on and leave town without worrying about my pets!
Cal & Rip
Golden Retrievers
Lauren makes traveling so much easier for me. I feel so comfortable and confident knowing she will be taking care of my 2 golden retrievers as well as our various other pets and keeping my house in order. She makes sure they have great walks at least once a day, plays with them, gives medication when needed. I feel Lauren truly enjoys her time with them and they are very happy when I return. I would not hesitate having Lauren take care of your pets and home.
Doug
Yellow Lab
Lauren has been a godsend for us and our fur baby. She takes him for walks and feeds him while we are away during the day and is super reliable. We love the pics she sends! She has also taken us to the airport so we don't have to worry about finding a ride share at 4am or leaving our car at the airport. We highly recommend her!
Lily
Tabby Cat
Excellent service! We travel without guilt or concern. Lauren sends photos and notes every day. Lily is a happy girl!

Labrador Retrievers
We love her! She has been taking care of our beloved labs for 6 years. She comes multiple times a week and caters to their specific needs including walkies, adventures and at-home cuddles. She has been our go-to pet sitter when we travel for a weekend or for weeks at a time and I never worry about my girls! I know Lauren is reliable, trustworthy and sends me "pupdates" regularly. Lauren is the best!
